USAHOMESEARCH was created in 2010 as the website of Mountain Homes Publishing Inc,(MHPI) a corporation in good standing in Colorado, USA, and is physically located in the United States of America. Since 2015 USAHOMESEARCH has also been the official website of the National Association of Real Estate Publishers (NAREP), a non-profit organization registered in Ohio, USA.
Each website under USAHOMESEARCH is independently owned and operated by a local magazine/website publisher, the contact information which may be obtained in the Contact Us link on any of the individual websites. Neither USAHOMEARCH,MHPI, nor NAREP shall be responsible for misinformation or inaccuracies in data provided by third-party users. Use of this website is at the user's own risk, and users are advised to independently verify any information.
USAHOMESEARCH is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its visitors and users. This privacy policy is designed to inform you about the type of information that USAHOMESEARCH may gather or collect from you in connection with your use of this site. USAHOMESEARCH does not collect personal information other than IP addresses unless you create your business profile on the site or request info from one of our advertisers. If you create a profile, you will be required to provide a display name and login name of your choice, an email address, mailing address, phone number(s) and password. The password will be kept in an encrypted form for added security, but users are hereby strongly advised to use a unique password for every website they use. There are also optional fields available for customizing your company listing.
USAHOMESEARCH provides the ability for real estate agents and brokers (“Advertisers”) to create a free business listing so that they can upload their properties for sale and present their services to the community at large.
USAHOMESEARCH also provides various methods for site visitors to contact the advertisers to request more information on properties for sale, either on a one-time basis, or to enter into an ongoing dialogue. These communications are considered private, and we will make every reasonable effort, but without guarantee, that they remain confidential.
When creating a profile or using any of the “contact us” or “request more information” forms on the site, users may provide contact information such as their name, address, phone number and/or email address. This information is voluntarily provided, and used only to connect the respondant with the advertiser as necessary and is never shared with third parties. The exception to this being in the case of a request for information on a property, the listing broker will receive a copy of the request, and depending on the details of their profile, a CC recipient may be designated.
When anyone, regardless of whether you are a member or guest, visits USAHOMESEARCH, our server will automatically record the IP address of the user and save it to our server logs. This is common for all web servers and we only use this information for security reasons or when required by law or contractual obligations.
USAHOMESEARCH uses Google Analytics to provide anonymous metrics about our site traffic.
USAHOMESEARCH only sets cookies that are required for the proper operation of the site, specifically to limit profile and inventory changes to the correct user, and to make logging in as easy as possible. No persistent cookies are set for regular site visitors.

There is no personally identifiable data that we keep for those who have not registered a profile on the site, requested information from an advertiser, or subscribed to a new property search.
If you have registered as an advertiser then you have access to all of your posted data by viewing your profile. There is no personal information stored UNLESS YOU HAVE ENTERED IT, which you do at your own risk.
Any submitted content will be associated with your profile until you either delete it or we delete your profile. When your profile is deleted, your submitted content will also be removed.
To request deletion of any profile, please send an email to delete@usahomesearch.com and include specific information which we may use to verify your identity for this purpose. If your advertising account contains a balance due, your profile will be hidden from public view but remain on the server until such time as the balance is settled. Note that we may have to contact you to confirm the details.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants California residents the following new rights regarding how websites collect personal data, regardless of whether the visitor is a customer or any other relationship with the covered company.
